Software development at Voormedia is divided into three areas:

User Interface
Using graphic design and interaction design the presentation form is developed. For the internet this usually means sketching the new solution, interface design, building templates and developing the front-end with HTML/CSS, Javascript, AJAX and Flash.

Business Logic
A technical design is created for the business-layer and build using Ruby on Rails, PHP, J2EE or Microsoft .NET.

Data Structure
The information structure and database design is created to realisticly model reality. The database can be built in Oracle, MS-SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL or CouchDB.
