ASR starts a large campaign to inform its customers about investment plans. Until the end of December 2011 over 1 million policy owners will be informed. Ortec Finance and Voormedia developed a calculation tool. In a user friendly manner the tool displays to what extent the new policy matches expectations.

On May 31st 2011 the North Sea Regatta is underway as the biggest sail race in the Netherlands. Voormedia developed the official iPhone app that keeps you informed of the latest news, race times and results. Furthermore all photos that are shot out on the sea can be viewed inside the app as soon as they become available. It's easy to use and makes sure nobody has to miss a second of the North Sea Regatta 2011.

Voormedia acts on its environmental footprint big time! As one of the first companies we have replaced all of our conventional company cars with electric ones. Our brand new Tesla Roadsters ensure we now have a 100% CO₂ emission free car fleet. After other decisions like a climate neutral datacenter, commuting by high speed trains and public transport we made yet another step in reducing our carbon footprint.

Embassy Services offers a range of diplomatic services, including applying for visa on behalf of their customers. Voormedia created a tool that allows clients to submit visa applications online. Many embassies have numerous and complex application rules and requirements. The elegant design of the online service guides users towards filling in the application form and collecting the right documents. The first pilot for Oxfam Novib started in March 2011.

Xite is a digital on demand music station currently active in the Netherlands and Belgium which can be received by more than 2.5 million households. Voormedia implemented the new website during an intense collaboration with Xite. Heroku and Amazon cloud solutions were used ensuring a rapid release and easy future expansion.

For one of its biggest brands, Sanoma launched a new concept: the Libelle Academy, a training institute based on the Libelle magazine's themes. During development of the Libelle Academy website Voormedia was asked to advise in directing towards the final result. Voormedia wrote an action plan, executed hundreds of tests and measured up the results. This allowed Sanoma to safeguard the end results.

Technical documentation is important to ensure additional features and future modifications of web applications can be made in an optimal way. Voormedia created a tool to automatically generate diagrams of internal application data structures. The Delta Lloyd North Sea Regatta is the biggest sailing race event in the Netherlands. Every year, more people are drawn to the event and to the website. Voormedia created a new, refreshing design and reinforced the foundations to make sure the site can cope with lots of traffic. This year Alkmaar celebrates her 750th anniversary. Voormedia creates the online version of the panorama with the history of Alkmaar, a prestigious project carried out together with internet company Iconum and the communication agency Raadhuis.

In total 30,442 photos of Alkmaar citizens were used in a physical panorama of 64 meters(!) long and 3.5 meters high. Everyone who has been photographed has received a code card which can be used to locate yourself and order digital prints.

The GP Expert Game is shown for the first time on television by SBS6. The game gives contestants a chance to voice their opinions of the Formula 1 drivers. Voormedia has created both the graphic design and software programming of the television demos and internet software.
